Our YUFED antiviral coating solution when sprayed or used in the washing cycle is permanently attached to textile substrates by molecular ionic interactions between the QUATS and the amphiphilic-electrical charges on the applied surface. Anchored to QUATS, our antiviral coating composites in the elixir synergistically exhibit antimicrobial peptide-like activity using innate electrochemical potentials to inactive viral spike proteins. Thereby providing an enhanced antimicrobial activity resulting in the formation of a surfactant-microbe complex in the case of bacteria/fungi pathogen attacks on textile materials and arrests the spike proteins of the impinging infectious viral particles in the fabric matrix.

YUDEF Anti Viral Coating is an invention that utilizes a unique concept of Macromolecular Ion Anchor Technology (MIAT) which is free of metal ion toxicity.
The Solution has composites belonging to the generic class of organic compounds ranging from “macromolecules” like peptides, polyketides, amino aromatic, and lactones structurally similar to microbes.
QUATS aka QACs (Quaternary Ammonium Compounds) in our solution is activated via “ionic” interactions between QUATS molecular scaffolding and the opposite ionic charges on the target surface.

Our solution composites are firmly “anchored” to the QUATS via stable chemical bonds. These macromolecules along with QUATS in our solution synergistically exhibit antimicrobial peptide-like activity to inactivate viral spike proteins. The mechanism is by disrupting the viral spike protein’s transmissibility or infectivity conferring 3-D conformity (structures).

The Solution, comprising the QUATS and antiviral ingredients thus creates an enhanced antimicrobial activity resulting antimicrobial activity resulting in the formation of an electrochemical (ionic) surfactant-microbe membrane inhibitory complex, which disrupts the very life cycle processes themselves in the case of bacteria/fungi pathogens. Furthermore, the anchored AVC macromolecules arrest the spike proteins of the impinging infectious viral particles that they come into contact with and annihilate them preventing transmission before entry into the human host cell.
